I did not receive any feedback on my second elevator pitch so again I just rewatched it and saw what I could improve on. This time around, I tried to stay more in the camera's frame and tried to make the pitch sound a bit smoother. I noticed I was able to say the pitch easier, but I still felt very unnatural and awkward in front of the camera like the first two times.

ReplyDeleteI could definitely relate to the uncomfortable feeling that you felt the three times recording this pitch. It is odd and out of the usual to dress up and talk to a camera. I think as time goes on you will find yourself more comfortable in your voice so it wont seem as awkward talking to a camera. The one thing you could improve on is your enthusiasm in your voice. Overall, very good elevator pitch!

ReplyDeleteGood job on your third and last elevator pitch!! Its great that you were able to re watch your elevator pitches and see what you could improve on. I also have trouble speaking smoothly in front of a camera and feel awkward because it feels so un natural but I believe that you will be able to fix this feeling with practice!
